Refund Policy


Once your order is received and full payment has been made it will be processed by one of our experienced staff. Orders received before 12noon will be processed and dispatched the same day. Should there are any items not in stock these will be ordered from our supplier on the same day and dispatched to you as soon as it arrives with us.

Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time you place the order. Whereby we use a courier service to deliver your items it will be your responsibility to ensure that you are able to accept delivery (or note ‘safe place delivery’ instructions on your order) and any failed deliveries will have to be arranged by yourself and at your own additional cost.


Payments are all processed via paypal at present and we will not save your payment details.


If you would like to return any of your items or have any problems please either call us on 01248470249 or email us at We will endeavour to solve any issues and advise how to proceed. We are unable to accept or process any goods received where we have not been notified of a problem within 30 days of receipt using one of the methods above. Any goods returned will be at your own cost and risk. All goods returned must be received by us in the condition that they were delivered to you. Should you change your mind on any item we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened or seals broken.

Cancellation by us:

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • We do not deliver to your Country or Area
  • We do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods and these cannot be ordered and re-stocked in a reasonable time-frame.

You will be notified by email of any cancellations and your account will be re-credited. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for cancelled orders.
